In regards to international orders, if a customer chooses AIR MAIL…   it is sent through the mail (no tracking).  We have shipped orders like this for years.  There is always the possibility that it was lost or stolen OR they could not find the address and it is being returned to us.

Ordered 27. Nov 2012 a set of new French and ANZAC dices. 12,95 USD shipping cost.

Unfortunately I waited more then 45 days (about 2 month) to gave the items time to reach Germany.

After 2 month I want information about the shipping.

Contact via the order mail or paypal* wasn’t possible. (*by the way paypal does not refund the money over 45 days)

In my opinion I lost 27,93 $ to Field Marshall games. A shame, because you selled good stuff and I’m a proud order of the FMG dice set.

…and please don’t write such a nonsense about stealing or wrong choosen shipping style.

I order at 12-7 Games & Aerodrome Accessoires and privat persons via e-bay in USA - more then once. This is the first time the stuff doens’t reach Germany.

12-7 Games is from the USA - FMG is from Canada.  We do not have access to cheap USPS services with Tracking.

Please PM me your order information and I will look into getting this sent out again for you.

It would also depend on the date.   As I said in the other thread, the first week of August is WBC out in Lancaster, PA.

Going to another event in August is problematical.  Plus, it will be tough for Djensen to make your event if you end up picking the weekend of August 15-18.  That is when Gen Con Indy 2013 happens and he has already stated that he is going to it.

I would also think that anything near that would be tough for him unless you go the weekend prior and he just makes it an east coast, week-long roadie.

I know my suggestion of an October weekend has issues too, specifically Canadian Thanksgiving.  I have always thought that Fall A&A Gathering would work around the Columbus Day weekend here in the states, but I do realize that it would then exclude the Canadian participation.

Maybe a late September date (riding on the coattails of and/or working in conjunction with an Oktoberfest festival) would work better.  Just spitballing.

    It has been suggested to us that we should start a “Kickstarter” account to help us get back on track and to complete the Germany COMBAT UNITS project.  We have run into an  issues however:

You must be in the US with a SIN to sign-up for Kickstarter (Amazon Payments)…  we are in Canada

Does anyone have another suggestion or alternative to Kickstarter??

IL;�  Thank you for defending me but I may have needed a “kick in the pants” to bring me back to reality.�  I admit things have not been great, and we are working to correct them.

Had a GREAT meeting with Aaron on Sunday to finalize our action plan for turning this thing around.�  We have made our recovery plan and look forward to the hard upward climb to get out of this bomb crater…�  There is light at the end of the tunnel!!�  And we may be able to pull this thing off.

But please, lets keep the solidarity of our members here.

Now that you’re back in the game? What can we do to help? and has an official date for the convention been picked yet?

A meeting of the Marshals will be held in the next week or so to determine exact date and to get the ball rolling on this.

In regards to FMGC and our Recovery Action Plan…  I will post as soon as all the details are set.

I have looked at hopping the VIA rail from Sarnia to Toronto and then jumping on the GO out to Oshawa.  Then I’ll make you come pick me up at the station. :wink:

I put FMG on this list. From the forum I understand that more people have issues with them. They promote their products, they cash the money and they DO NOT deliver. Also no reponses to messages whatsoever. I do not understand why they are still allowed to promote themselves on this website.

Pouring more salt into the wounds of FMG is wrong. They got wiped out by a fraudulent Chinese company and let the people who have money lost deal with them. Don’t need more people who have not lost anything from them complaining for people they could not care about.

HBG has already took it upon themselves to grant credits for whomever lost money for orders not filled.

I had German sets on pre-order for the longest time, and HBG gave me credit for this. They will do the same for you too.

Just leave it alone, it will take care of itself.

Thanks IL.    If anyone wants to see FMG gone forever, then please take the suggested course of action.  Note my badges….  Have I not supported this community when things were good?  When TripleA or .ORG needed funds or support was I not there?  Does FMGC not run at a financial loss each year to benifit those who attend?  Did FMG not spawn a whole new industry that you all enjoy and that is carried on my HBG and IWNGU and more?

I have taken the AIR MAIL option off the site now due to this complaint now (an I really can’t afford to replace product or the bad press right now).  If you are an international customer you must choose UPS…  OR order the product from HBG where they have the option to send USPS with tracking.

We are still shipping orders as usual, but I can’t be held responsible if someone chooses AIR MAIL and the package does not arrive.  What I can do, is replace the product at our cost if the customer pays for UPS shipping.
