Of the 20+ A&A gamers at my LGS I can’t find even 1 person to play A20 beyond one match. I get the same story with everyone, its fun but I don’t want to invest in another mini’s game. So I have 30 + planes which I can only look at which is a bummer. If I can’t find anyone to play I’m likely going to sell them. :x
That was my last plane so your good to place the rest.
Its very interesting software. I guess the issue with me are facings of the units. The generic pic of the unit just doesn’t do it for me as I prefer true facings in the 6 sides. But thats just me others may be very satisfied wth the software.
Here is a link to a gallery of maps I have made which you are more than welcome to use. You will find most of them in Rebels Carto link he posted.
So 10 with the flag ship bonus.
Check map for errors(CFE)……
Should of rolled 2 dice not 1. Phoenix has flag 1.

I’ll play you a game of AAM Land, although I have no map skills whatsoever. :D
Heres a link to an instructional post on how to do Play-by-Post matches with maps & Mini’s I will provide. Check it out! I would like to play a match but time is an issue for a couple of weeks but we can play later if you don’t find a player. It might be worth a post to see if anyone else wants to give it a try. I will be available to answer questions and help with rules clarifications.

Here’s an idea I had of how to provide the tools for anyone to play AAM online here on A&A.org. Below are 2 links to download of a blank map and photoshopped mini’s ready to post and play.
1. Download Gimp for free here: http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
2. Install Gimp and open the program.
3. Open the 2 files you downloaded and saved on you computer.
4. Simply click and drag the text and mini’s over to the blank map and position them where you want.
5. Save the map as a jpeg for turn 1 or etc……
6. Post as the attachment or Image code in the game thread and your good.
Simply delete images and texts as units are destroyed and preserve the master .psd file as you will return to it each turn to edit the map. You will notice my set-up is a bit different than other versions of P-b-P as It shows vehicles in one of their 6 facings rather then a generic pic. This visually makes it easier to play because the facings are true and correct.

I would like to hear opinions on the idea.
Page 9 of the Newest Rulebook. I don’t want to be  but we may as well play by the book.
3. Flip a coin. The winner sets-up first.
4. First player Deployment. The first player selects either end of the battle map and deploys his/her fleet there……
@Deaths:
I like using the US Initiative Bonus’s In big enough games i believe you can get (without looking) upwards of a +9 to ur initiative
San francisco Flotilla leader up to +3
Phelps DD leader +1
New Jersey carrier leader up to +3
Normal flag Bonus of +2There might be 1 more i am missing.
Also the old school Tone+Akagi or Chikima+Shokaku
I think it will go to 11. I found out the hard way in a tourny last month. My opponent let me move first in turn 1 & 2 not realizing how so many smokers I had. In turn 2 I fired and popped smoke and that was the last time he let me move first. LOL Then I got to react to his moves and got an edge and ended up winning. You got to love it when a plan comes together. :)
I believe he who chooses board side first deploys first.
Just so you know the island in row 10 encompasses two grids.
With so many positive and negitive SA’s its pretty easy to put a bunch of SA’s together to acheive some advantage in a match. Some like Close escort destroyers paired with smokers and others Like to put together Flotilla leaders with Destroyer leaders and gain a huge initiative bonus.
What are some of your combos that have been working for you?
No spoiler eh! Thats kinda crappy.
