@Amon-Sul no problem. Didn’t want to win a game on an oversight like that.

maybe i ve let that russian beast become to obese xd
Your approach is a difficult one to respond too because of how much German pressure you put on the atlantic and med, as well as your willingness to gamble on riskier strafes or attacks, but the danger is that you don’t put enough pressure on Moscow. Lots of people play the Soviets assuming that they have to turtle without considering how the German builds might change the options that Moscow has. A more aggressive Moscow is (I hope) the right counter to your aproach.

yes, u ve put it well, when i saw u ve bought 9 art i wasnt happy, i like when people buy only inf with russia xd
well, axis are not my favs, i prefer allies and play them 80 % of time. i hope i ll find time to improve my axis strategy in the time to come :)
This is a tough strategy to counter I think, but one suggestion I would make is just to switch up your approach a bit. When we started, I looked at your last few games as axis and saw that you always did German naval build and went J3 DOW. Because of that, I felt fairly confident you would do that again and so I planned accordingly.

to be clear, what I mean to say is that this approach will be more challenging if your opponent can’t anticipate it.

i think my strategy is good, but that i need better tactical playout.
I think it is a very good one as well. And it is also distinct from other strategies I’ve played against which also makes it more difficult. But because you also stick to the J3, and focus less on Moscow I can anticipate that and make choices in my bid and in the first couple of turns that will improve my chances against that. If I had seen you use J1 or J2 DOW in one of your games than some of my moves would have changed.
Certainly a G3 and J3 attack are pretty common. But J1 is as well and I still see J2 and G2 from some of the top players here. If you check out Adam or AD or JDOWs choices you will see some other interesting Axis strategies.
I don’t think I am a strong axis player but I was using a G3/J3 approach for a while, and I’ve recently been adding in a J1 both to experiment but also to reduce what my opponents can anticipate.

This is probably clear, but I should note that 3 ANZAC air are now on US carriers.

if you need more time or to slow down, that is fine. Just let me know.

RE: axis-dominion vs farmboy (allies+12) bm3posted in League
@gamerman01 thanks! to be clear though, I didn’t attack Colombia. It became a friendly neutral because AD had attacked the neutrals elsewhere. So it had become a friendly neutral and I was walking in on my NCM. So the question is whether you can fly over a friendly neutral on the same NCM that you walk into it.

you at least got some revenge on your defensive dice in the pacific. Both your destroyer and sub scored hits too.

@Amon-Sul It should be on the battleship. I can’t remember for sure that I put it there, but i think so, and that would be the intention.

@Amon-Sul Didn’t sound like whining at all. I did dice you on defense that round and don’t mind the commentary about it. But just noted that you got some of it back on your defensive dice.
I am enjoying it too! Your playing style is a challenging one but also different from others I have played with here.
