Definitely an interesting move and not what I was expecting Italy to do.

Same decision. No scramble. Sub will fight but will submerge when the destroyer is destroyed.

@Amon-Sul not sure. I didn’t worry about it much since it was a miss but I’m wondering if I understood the rules correctly. Maybe the subs first strike happens before the submerge? In which case there can be more risk to playing it that way. Or maybe it is a triple a error.

assuming no scramble in 99

there were some issues with the transports in 99. I wanted to attack with one transport but it took inf from two and that made unloading after difficult. I’ve edited in the corrections I want.

Also, dice have gone both ways (so I can’t complain) but this has been a good dice round for you. Ouch!

@JDOW I’d certainly be interested. This has been an interesting game for me already. The air in Carolines is a frustrating problem I’m not used to dealing with. And you are pushing me harder in the Middle East than I am used to as well. And I’ve never built so many soviet air this early in a game.

Turn will likely be coming tomorrow morning (its midnight where i am now) I think I know what the Soviets are doing but want to see it with fresh eyes first.
