The process of logical fact-based reasoning requires resolving differences between frames of reference. It’s a lengthy process. If that was “Tl:dr:” (too long didn’t read) to you, it’s on you if you refuse to read the point, just as it would be on me if I didn’t make the point. (But I did make the point.)

I understand running projections and thinking through the details isn’t for everyone. But game mechanics and probability distributions don’t care if you don’t care to read or think through the details. It’s purely a question of mechanics and numbers. Not egos.

@JuliusBorisovBeamdog I started playing first as Allies because I hadn’t played the 1942 edition before. I have played the original version a lot in the past. When I played that, the Allies had a big advantage. I didn’t really know this was a different version until I started playing it and saw all these new unit types. I thought Allies would be easier, so I started with that. Didn’t know it had an advantage for Axis. Seems ahistorical.

@Eqqman - Real talk - you need specifics. Exactly what’s built, what the moves are, the specific expected outcomes, etc. Very very SPECIFIC.

Well about 3-4 posts are gone already. I just want to play a game with the other guy so we can see which ideas work better. I offered him $10 so he could send that to you as a patron on the condition that he provide his steam number and make friends and win prizes. I already did this but he declines which is his choice, but it will allow anybody else to see if his record matches the rhetoric and play a game with him. Isn’t this 1942 Online? The topic isn’t UK Factory in Egypt either. I posted about that and the Russian strategy under KJF but was criticized for being incomplete or too basic.

A battleship for the Caspian sea has always been a huge game changer for Russia.

I think you did a good job, there was a couple of things that you didnt see untill afterward.
Have you played some of the real tough players, tier 1 with records like 18-2 thats when you learn the game.

The sub can take the hit from bb and cruiser. of course it depends if the axis save their bb or not (if they do I keep the sub and lose dd instead).

so your losses if they scramble generally go carrier sub or dd cruiser fighter tactical bomber.

this is a good attack, bring in an extra fighter from london if you want to.
