OK how about this:

Have to develop 3 levels of tech (Dice cost 8 IPCs)cost 20 IPCs

Roll a die, 5 or less its a hit, 6 miss.

On a hit Remove 2 facilities (1 Airbase,1 Navy Base, 1 Minor Complex, Reduce Major C.) and 2 Infantry  or 1 of any other unit. Plus the person being bombed loses 10 IPCs.

I was using my subs and torpedoe planes for BB and Cruisers, but at the end I lost everything and he had 1 Badly damaged BB (1 more hull point!) and 1 pre war BB

No, Its using the Global 1940 board, but its nothing compared to HBGs 1939 map.

Pro-Axis army for Dip. power sweden (HBG)
Pro Alies army for Dip. power Turkey (HBG)

Sweden and Turkey were both neutral countries in WWII.  Sweden wasn’t pro-Axis and Turkey wasn’t pro-Allies.

I Know, this is a diplomacy rule, you have to spend IPCs and roll dice (like I said in the first post) in order to get them to join you.

Any ways do you want the setup?

I voted other, because They need all of that and alot more to beat the us in a war.

Why:
US had way more money than them.
US had more war materials than them!
US men had a battle harden heart because of Pearl harbor.

UK could crush all of those 3 together! :-D
But……USA,Germany, and Russia together could take over the world like pie. :-o  :mrgreen:

I remembered I watched a Video about this long ago. But I remember it:

1.Germany: they wanted to rule Europe and Western Russian as a one empire. They also wanted to destroy communism forever plus wipe every Jew off the face of the earth. :-o

2. Italy: Italy is simple: Create a “New Roman Empire”. They wanted Italy South spain,south France,Greece,Turkey,Western Middle east, and North Africa. They were also rename the med “Italy Lake” :lol:

3.Axis minors: They were forced to go with the Axis or be invaded. :lol:

4. Japan: They wanted to rule Asia and the pacific, saying “Asian is for Asians”. They wanted a Empire of the Rising sun.

I do not know if axis wanted to Invade North America, But their common goal was “Conquest”, Like Rome,Greece,Persia,Holy Roman,Franks, and alot of other empires.

The British was the biggest and wealthiest empire of all time. It was at its height during the 18th and 19th Century. It started to decline and lose territories in 20th century. By 1995 it lost almost all its over sea territories.

But, second would be mongols or Spainish empires.
