Thanks for the new versions, Interpid! The Colour versions in both custom and clean are awesome - and you are right of course, cutting out the battle board should be possible even for a noob like me xD
I still havent found a print shop in vienna (most of them dont even answer my mails lol…) and still want to wait for sireds and trojeks maps to be finished. But as soon as I have a version printed, I will let you guys know :-)
@Dralnu - Thanks for the comment! If your updating your deck, I made a patch file for you, no need to print the entire deck, its already been shrunken/revised in 4 prints (maybe 5 cant remember)
Thanks for the patch file, I’ve seen that already :-) But the thing is, that I haven’t printed your deck in good quality yet, just printed it myself and now I would like to order it at a copy shop, foiled, thick paper, good quality and so on. For that, and maybe for other people aswell, who think that one set of rule cards would be enough, another version would be great ^^
But as I said, I wouldn’t dare to demant any extra work from you, only if you could do that with less effort, I wouldn’t say no :-D
[…] Yes, the “adjusted levels” file should print with more rich, vibrant color. I adjusted the levels histogram in Photoshop to make the darks/midtones more rich and then brought back some brightness. I am sending YG a clean version right now with adjusted levels, so that should give you a good base file to do your own map changes. :)
Thank you for the great work, Interpid and also YG of course. This new Clean Leveled Version really looks great. I always loved the Naval/Air Bases and I think with the removed round tracker and combined combat charts its a really good compromise between customized and OOB!
I am also not a fan of the ghost boxes, but its interesting to see your houserule version and despite the missing combat chart, the Clean/leveled version is perfect for my taste :-)
I really would love to print it right away, although I somehow need to wait for Siredbloods and Trojeks versions to be finished, because both are really interesting too :lol:

I already played twice with the deck, while still mixing it with YGs Deck.
TBH I like his deck more for the NOs, as they are more compact and seem to be better readable with the cleaner design. I love your design, but especially with the NO cards, I think its a littblebit overwhelming.
But yet YGs cards are just for Global, so when we played Europe for the First time (and I guess we will again in the future) his NO Cards where not sufficient. I like that very much with your Cards.
However, as we are still all noobs, I simply love your rule cards! It really helps a lot, to take a quick look at those now and then during the game.
I almost dont dare to ask, but would it be possible to release a printable PDF with only one of each Rule Card (and the NO Cards)? It showed, that at least for us it is not necessary to have one deck for each player. One set of rule cards lying somewhere near the table is sufficient to take a look at them, when needed. This would also save money, when printing them in high quality again :-)

I know, you already plan 2 versions with different layers, like the standing armies on neutrals.
What features of the Ambilzi/YG map will you keep on your map? Or will you go with the plain original map? Will there maybe be more than 2 Layer Versions?
Personally, I would especialy find the Naval/Air Bases very useful and the extended income tracker.

I just started playing A&A, after playing trippleA now and the over the past years. Dont know what kept me so long from buying the actual board game!
However, this card deck is just awesome! I am about to print it now and looking forward to my next sessions with friends, that dont know the rules or are at least also not very experienced. Those cards will really help!
Just one question regarding house rules: as far as I saw it, the only house rules in this deck are the Germany controls London objective and the Research Rule adaptions, right? If you add further additions, it would be great to mark them somehow :-)
Also, not very important, but: if you find the place somewhere, you could also add the order of play for the nations.
