Last October, the site was indeed hacked in that somebody found a way to delete all of the messages and rename the message boards. However, luckily, none of the user accounts were affected.

I cleaned everything up and people started up right where they left off. Thanks everybody!

As for the red folders, that is a limitation of the message board software that I am using.

Aren’t the Russians usually the ones to take Norway and Eastern Europe. Plus you shouldn’t have much trouble out building German.

As for Japan at Pearl Harbor? I’m not sure who he/she is but I would advise that person to attack Hawaii with all the Naval forces he has. What I noticed was a BB and AC missing, which could make a huge difference on the outcome of the battle.

the first game of A&AE I played, we won by losing-Russia left a backdoor into Moscow open, and a panzer slipped in. However, I (as the U.S.) managed to sneak a transport onto S. Europe, and Germany failed to notice it (he was very tired) The next turn, I built an INF stack and proceded to move up the “soft underbelly” of Europe and crush the Nazis once and for all!

If you are anything like me your game box(or boxes I have 4) are beat up and taped back together repeatedly. Also the rule book can be hard to find. This website has printable rules for most new Hasbro games including all three versions of Axis & Allies.
