@mark-the-shark @Chris_Henry I was thinking of sending the old maps to HGB and to HGB, for a price, print the new board over the old one

@linkler I like the Idea but I’m not so sure about the launching from planes. Same for the subs except that would be really cool (kind of a cold war twist). I would like to add on to that combining B-29 going nuclear by these text

      long-range nuclear rocket
requires nuclear tech, and rocket tech and nuclear reactor to build
attack: 2 D12 carpet bombing at an 8 or lower (4D12 in cities) with a D6 amount of damage to the area to the IPP value (cannot lose more that land zone IPP value per zone per calendar turn)
      Range 6
      Moves by rail/ naval transport
Cost: 8 IPPs with 2 uranium and 2 heavy water

      sub launched nuclear rocket
requires nuclear tech, and rocket tech and nuclear reactor to build
attack: 2 D12 carpet bombing at an 8 or lower with a D6 amount of damage using the same procedure that the V-2 uses
      Range 3
      Moves by rail/ naval transport
Can be transported/launched from submarines (req. advanced submarine technology(1 rocket per sub))
Cost: 4 IPPs with 1 uranium and 1 heavy water

    • Invading the soviet union with lighting war continued

I also was once thinking about this and I came up with this:
      Operations Trio Axis
      maps
      basically you do this:
start sending the subs along British convoy lines
send 1 mountain inf or artillery to nationalist Spain each turn starting jul 1936
anex austria, bohemia, and slovakia in 3 turns
spend 12 IPPs over time on researching advanced artillery, advanced mech inf, wartime economy, and advanced subs
before jul 1938 you buy 4 infantry, 3 artillery
send over 4 inf and 3 art to east Prussia
on jul 1938 you buy 5 MA, 5 mech inf.
set the units up as show on map (link above)
for jul 1939 (so on jan 1939) build 2 mech and 2 MA and 2 inf.
for jan 1940 build 2 more subs, build up western defenses
      that’s germany, now for Italy

send 1 inf. each turn to nationalist spain
build 2 minor factories, 1 in italian Somaliland, one in Torbuk
start building infantry in these areas, 1 each turn and sometimes build an artillery
on jul or jan 1939 rush Tunisia, western Egypt and Nubia, and reinforce these positions, build up an army in northern Italy, destroy British fleet near eastern Egypt
when you’re ready invade southern France and every once in a while you do suicide attacks to Paris, germany sends some La to southern france

after that its basically doing what’s neccesary

      Any thoughts on this strategy?

      @GEN-MANSTEIN thanks for the info
I think that this should be the final results based on the commentary

      V - 1 rocket
      Vehicle class
      Single use
Req. strategic rockets tech stage 1 and jet fighter stage 2
      Cost $1
      Range 3
      Attack 1 D6 vs/ facilties
      Carpet bomb 1 D12 @ 2
Moves via rail/ naval transport only
Can be intercepted/ shot down by AA

      V - 2
      Vehicle class
      Single use
      Req. strategic rockets tech
      Cost $4
      Range 3
      Attack 1 D6 vs/ facilties

Moves via rail/ naval transport only

      V - 1 rocket
      Vehicle class

      Attack 1 D6 vs/ facilties
      Carpet bomb 1 D12 @ 2

    • RE: Strategic Rockets (v3)

@linkler for the V-1 tech you should need is:

      1.strategic rockets stage 2
      2.jet fighters stage 2

      the V-1 used a pulsejet: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argus_As_014
also, I think that the V-1 should not be able to be strategically bombed because of its size300px-Bundesarchiv_Bild_146-1975-117-26,_Marschflugkörper_V1_vor_Start.jpg

@linkler I think this could be a better stat
      V - 1 rocket

Can be intercepted/ shot down by AA

      V - 2
      Vehicle class
      Single use
Req. strategic rockets tech (since that’s what its for)
      Cost $3
      Range 3

@linkler But the navigation was measure with amount of fuel. The Germans would have to know exactly the time and place that the convoy would be passing.

Going on to Russian Tanks, the Prices of the T-34 dropped overtime.

@david-06 these weaknesses only apply to Panzer IIIs and IVs built before jan 1942 and can be upgraded (the ones built before jan 1942) for 1 IPP per tank

    • RE: Strategic Rockets (v3)

Shouldn’t people be able to launch rockets from air bases? I was thinking a 4 IPP rocket base and a 2 IPP rocket. Also I think it is a really good Idea to have V-1 rockets, which are you can build when you have stage 2 tech for strat rockets. Thier cost is 3 IPPs, carpet bomb at a 8 @1 D12, and strat Bomb at 2 D6. The thing is, they could be intercepted by fighters normally and shot down by AA

    • Tanks reflecting historical accuracy

I was thinking since in the early part of world war II, the Germans used the Panzer III and Panzer IV. The Panzer III war used for anti-tank Purposes and the Panzer IV for infantry unit, I think. So here’s the stats for the proposed tanks

      Pz. IV
      atk.: 7
      Def. 7
      Mov: 2
      Cost: 6

      SPs:
Can only cause a hit on a MA or HA on a roll of 2 or less. Can blitz.

      Pz. III
      Atk: 5
      Def: 4
      Mov: 2
      Cost: 6

      SPs:
Target selection on 1-2 (vehicle class units). Could Blitz. Can’t target select HA.
