Awesome, mine pale in comparison……

I used flat 1mm sheet magnet for my carriers, my stands are just furniture buttons with nails. The planes,  i drilled small holes underneath and glued 2mm x1mm magnets in. Time consuming if you wanted to do the whole airforce but ok if you only want to do a few for each country.

These are awesome, i did lots of research looking for camouflage patterns before painting, you obviously found much better sources than me, well done.  To add pictures here, click on additional options, get your pic through the browse button.

There are companies and individuals who will do that, it would be expensive though. I recently timed myself, how long for one nation, just over 8 hours. A professional painter would charge how much? times that by nations in the global game. Myself, i do it in my spare time, but rarely happy with my results, always wish i could do better and have more time to devote to it……

Get some better pics so we can give you encouragement, look through the forums at the other painted pieces, gotta know what we are looking at  :|

I’ve been literally begging for some 3-D Airbase and Naval Base pieces. I had “heard” that FMG was supposed to be producing them eventually, but I don’t know.

It seems to me that Major/Minor I.C.'s, Airbases, Naval Bases, and Fortifications of different kinds would be a REAL MONEY MAKER for either FMG or HBG to produce as EVERYONE NEEDS and USES THEM. I can only hope that they know more about this than any of us(so far).

Honestly, do some people even read the replies…… i see the frustration, he always has to explain himself multiple times…

So you can understand my frustration….    Notice the poor print quality and colours of the attached picture.  The samples that are shown on our site are PERFECT.

I can’t send you guys this CRAP!!  We are working to have it corrected ASAP.

Not attacking anybody, just see it happening all the time….

Nice to see this happening, i may learn a few new tricks  :-D From my own experience the biggest quality needed is time, patience…… and a steady hand… i have trouble with them these days and  i have to wear glasses, didn’t have these problems when i painted my classic set many many moons ago. All good, on with the show  :-)

A Japan supplement set will help balance out the us supplement set for the proposed new games in the works, but further down the track we will have lots more choice when fmg does full sets
