It looks like the UK build have not been placed and the air units in Iraq need to land. Can you please double check the map?
It will still do convoy damage, even if your own units are in the sea zone.

The intent of your moves was pretty obvious, however, I tried to be amiable and give you the choice of how to resolve it, you chose to ignore the printed moves to save your fleet. I should have ended the game then, as it’s been grating on my nerves since. It wasn’t a cheat, but, at any time you could have made your intent known. I’ll confine my game playing to those who will not seek advantage at the expense of integrity.
I’m done with this game, between the ridiculous dice results and you not declaring the intent of your German fleet moves on G2 I feel taken advantage of. I’ll just chalk this down to a lesson learned and in the future demand people stick to their printed moves.
I prefer to audit the maps as I go, so individual would be much appreciated.
