      i don’t think this i of topic but it might be. do you thing the game would be affected at all if a battle ship was stuck in the Caspian sea and could perform amphibious assaults on the neighboring territories. this will allow Russia to built a fleet in Caucasus that cant leave. i don’t know why Russia would do such a stupid thing. this would only help if germany captured Caucasus or Persia.

      for nuclear weapons i think you could try this these are the rules i use. the US and Russia  only starts
      with 11 nuclear missiles each., so if your having a lot the rules would probabbly be differnt. i’m not sure about the price for one thou. if you are the first person to launch a missle you collect half of your income(round down) this turn; your country went on strike.
      For nuclear weapons if it struck a territory the economy would fail not producing IPCs, with any factory there destroyed.  Half the infantry die per missle from nuclear fallout with 1 infantry being lost from each boarder territory also per nuclear missile.  This space can’t be occupied by land units.  When a factory is built there all this is undone. I’m not sure about cost but they can move like this,Medium-4, Short 1, Long-7.  Antiaircraft guns and fighters can defend against any nuclear missile that go’s though the territory.  Fighters can only defend for one round while Antiaircraft guns still work the same. heres where the nukes would be

      did you try to Delate all of his posts(agentsmith) i tried finding him but could only one post out of the several that has quotes about him. he seemed really y popular. but your like the government;surprised if you don’t delete this  :-) what did he do so bad to get all his posts  deleted and and would scare people of the site?

      your sort of right with (yours)3/2/1:45/30/15=330ipc and 90units  and (mine)2/1/1:44/22/22 and 88 units=330 ipc mine would have a punch of 176 and yours 180. this is only a differnence of 2/3 of an piece or 2 ipc of an infantry. when will you ever have two forces with 330 ipc each, so there is no real defferencee in punch and a differnce of 2 units. with 2 units thats 2 tanks at 6punch. that would lead to an extra unit killed per round. this can lead to the differnence of winning and lossing. if you talk about defence yours still has a higher punch of 3. 198 to 195.

      remember how you had to built the best fleet for 150 ipcs. while this is the same exept for land units. heres mine without aircraft. What do you think of a  an army ratio of 2inf/1art/1tank?

      20/10/10=150ipc
      infantry: 20X3=60
      artillery: 10X4=40
      tanks: 10X5=50

      you’r right about the goals i never said anything about victory cities before. all the Anti aircraft guns are in victory cities

      JApan: Japan and soth korea
      Europe:the uk and germany
      russia: moscow,kwantang,manchuria and karelia
      persia: persia,egypt and saudi arabia

      you don’t have to have locked alliances but every one will most likely gang up on Persia. also unless japn is allied with russia it is going to have to be allied with the US.

      you ar right about the diplomac being a large part in modern war. yes but you are already desinated sides so what negotionating could you do with the other side. i guess the only thing you could do is talk and plan with your allies for like 5 minutes

      regular risk is ok, but i think risk 2210AD is much better. it gives you allot more options and connects Australia and South America to the rest of the world. if you ever have bad luck during placement you can always shoot for the moon.

      Make it cost 8 IPC and carry 2 infantry or 1 tank 3 spaces (allowing for 3 spaces to return.  4 with LRA.

      i think that is a good idea and they could land on carriers. so transports can carry them 2 spaces then the aircraft could carry another 3. antiaircraft guns could fire at them and fighters could defend the terrortoy that the plane is trying to land in for one cycle of combat, if it is not all ready defending. it would be a 0/1 like transports

      for transports this is the actually number thoughout the world. how many units should a transport represent. for infantry there is a 1:1,000,000 ratio, but i pretty sure all the worlds transports could carry one infantry unit.  i got this ratio because it leaves 10 units in Indochina without chinease help. the most transports are in Sz60 at 54 with 1 transport in Russia being the least.

      what about paratrooping,like have an airunit that acts like a transporter. it obliviously wouldn’t carry tanks, but how many actual units does each piece represent. like battleships probably represent one battleship each but what about the other units like infantry or destroyers.
