How would you play 2 Subs attacking 1 Cruiser and 1 Liner?
Let’s suppose the results is: “1” and “2”.
Is there 2 casualties? According to the best result from attacker’s POV.
Only 1 casualty? Assuming the worst case scenario for attacker in which the “1” was on the Cruiser while the “2” was put on the Liner.

No. Sub must choose the liner ship or the warship not both.

It seems to me that giving a single shot with usual combat value  (Sub A2 D1, in this case)  for each attacking unit is much simpler but still provide Liner a real chance to escape and survive.
It is the only units which Subs cannot attack again and again until it is over for one side.

After one round of combat the liner ship can withdraw if surviving the sub attack…

There is going to be a KV-1 in the Kursk Game HBG is working on.
In the Allied Super Weapons expansion for Global they are going to have a Russian heavy artillery piece and I think a MiG 9 jet fighter.
I don’t know about the other three.

Always hard to find some players but much harder to keep it.

The ‘‘sea zone control rules’’ appears in the first A&A game and apparently no one try to introduce a new rule.

No. In fact i’m talking about historical accuracy battle.
If you make war you start with your strongest force.
Germany, USSR and later the Allies, used the tanks, planes and artillery to start the battle not with the infantry.

It really doesn’t make a difference as far as rules go. All defending units get to return fire regardless. If you’re assigning casualties i.e. tank vs tank etc. That would be incorrect. Except in the case of some naval units, the defender may assign hits to whatever unit they choose and may return fire.

I may not be understanding what your concept is. Please explain. If I am assuming you correctly you need to read through the rules again and it may give you a clearer idea of the combat sequence.

Ya, that’s what I tought….I think I will introduce it in my next game as germany national advantage but it’s must start not before 1943 and later.

I’m not surprised. Don’t forget at the beginning of turn 9, some weapon developement become available for free.

Yes, we have two games scheduled.
October and november.
Hope it’s gonna be better than last spring.
For a lot of reason we have cancelled our game in april and may 2011. (We only play one game in march 2011).

I think the plane that is in the FMG set as the transport plane could double for a light/medium bomber.

Yeah, those other Soviet planes would be cool to get.  Unfortunately, FMG’s USSR set is a while away yet – USA is next up and Britain/ANZAC are after them.  I’m pretty sure HBG won’t come out with Russians until after we find out just what is going to be in the FMG USSR set.

Is this an actual Event?  When does it take place?

The WAWC will start the 2011 season march 5th.
