I got an update today from the folks at Conquest Games:
_We’ve been told the shipping container has reached our city and is being inspected thoroughly by US Customs. It could take them as little as 1-2 weeks, but possibly more depending how backed up they are (time in US Customs is just an unknown factor). Once we get them to the warehouse, we will get the pre-orders in the mail ASAP. Thanks for your patience.

That doesn’t make sense. If the facility is not functional then why would it’s air defenses be in perfect operational order? Maybe it should be a houserule.
Can the anti-air defences on a base/IC be rendered inoperable if the base/IC is out of commission?
Example: I SBR my opponent’s airbase & cause four units of damage. If my ally decides to bomb the same airbase would he still be subject to AA fire?
But the flags on the Fieldmarshal dice wear off very fast…
This is the first I’ve heard of the flags wearing off… Have you contacted them regarding your issue?
I am about to play my first game of A&A '42 and I was wondering if there were any errors in the production that I needed to know about. This is actually more of a question for Krieghund, but any assistance is appreciated.

Maybe it’s just me, but I despise the colored dice included with every version since AA50. I personally prefer the black die w/white pips from the earlier versions of A&A. This, of course, gives me all the more reason to purchase Combat Dice from Field Marshal Games.
Yet again, the folks at Field Marshal Games never cease to awe me with their excellent products.
Has there been any news on Warlords? Last I heard, they were going to be shipping in January/February.
All I can say is that the folks at Field Marshal Games are setting a new standard for high-quality Axis & Allies pieces. Truly excellent work!!
more of a problem for me is the 2 boards moving when bumped. Causing issues with pieces moving. Also, if they printed on the board, then there would be a Maj IC in Australia and a Minor in NZ which have since been removed from the starting setup. Think of how much fun those would be to deal with…
You do have a point there….
you’d still need chits for new airbases etc. and they want us to write down our IPCs on paper, but use the plastic chips as damage markers UNDER all the chits, because apparently we can’t write those numbers down…
WOTC sucks?
I understand that you still need chits for new bases & IC’s. But it would save considerable space on small islands & territories such as New Zealand. Also you wouldn’t have issues with bumping the marker off an island when moving fleets through the seazone.
Why didn’t WotC print each nations’ original IC’s, airbases, & naval bases on the gameboard similar to the original A&A Pacific. It would save space and you wouldn’t have the risk of accidently knocking the cardboard chits everywhere.
If the Allies can team up that CV with some destroyers they can effectively clear the Atlantic of the German sub scourge. With that accomplished then the Allies can let the good times roll!!

If possible, I would personally prefer the kiwi for the ANZAC Combat Dice.

I know this is off subject, but do you plan to make Combat Dice for both ANZAC & France?
I have seen a copy and the bits seem to be very high quality & detail.
