What is a pgm data error or java error for AAA global 1940 version? How do I fix that?

Seems like the allies are delaying this game with all the edits and chat, roll the damn dice everyone and get this show moving! As far as the poor taste in jokes, ignore it or you make it more acceptable to say stupid things in the future to elicit your reactions. If your am attorney and see messed up things daily, which I’m sure you do Dutch, I think you know this and can understand why your so emotionally bothered by this. However it sounds like your friends and family are ok and the best thing for anyone would be to get back to fun activities, so again….Roll the dice! All of you!

Japanese player went after DEi and continued on passed India, into Persian Gulf and Egypt.

What are the rules regarding placement of Chinese troops? Can you place all in single territory even though value would indicate you shouldn’t be able to? It has seemed easy to run Japan off of the continent with china in my games lately due to loading up new units in newly conquered Chinese/Japanese territory.

I do give you and Grasshopper credit Cow, often players on here don’t like to share their intentions for competitive reasons.  What does x-dap stand for and how do you get into league games? I just got the global board about 3 months ago but have been playing the original since I was 12(couple centuries ago)!

Bold, I do agree with you on the not being able to forecast future turns enough due to variables, but in Cow’s play books he states this point also and follows that up saying that there is no way of knowing each scenario. And don’t get me wrong, I’m not harping on you and Cow for secretly loving each other, I just like to scout your guys tendencies as your all very experienced players!

I think his J1 approach has merit, however I do not like going for pacific victory as often as Atlantic victory due to my preference to use Germany instead of Japan. I also like to play total victory city’s on the map for axis victory(14 cities total). Play books are just ideas and guidelines to use for an approach, but as for having a specific move and play book to follow the global game, with the advancement in air and naval bases create a much more diversified game in comparison to the old days of having a start to finish blue print like in the original.

From reading this “novel” of posts in your game file I come away with the understanding that Cow is the “bad guy” and others want to feed him his words… Understandable if it were the case(I do not know him nor have I followed for long) but I must say that with all your useless banter Bold, I find myself rooting for Cow and Veg and in many ways feel bad for Dutch because you have created a situation where you overtook Cow as the bad guy and now have others hoping to see you eat your words. I’m all for trash talking(I am a New Yorker) but you post 5 times talking ack before anyone responds, seems more obnoxious than funny from us outsider perspectives. Good game so far and I like the neutral attack by the allies, forces the axis to consider new alternative fronts.  Well played by both teams so far.

That would not be possible to capture both territories by traveling through the 1st captured territory.  You could take them both if you moved first through a friendly owned territory or by sea, but not by “blitzing” through the initial territory.

Nice, I live in Phoenix area, have 2 others who play but we are looking for more. I am from upstate NY originally, we used to have great games of old versions back there!

What is the best way to get into online games of global? I have a table I will be using while playing so I can see map still and use aaa minimally.  I can’t get used to limited vision.
