6.) for the first time, the mighty USA loses its max 30 ipc NO potential, down to 25. Now they get 5 ipcs - ONE time - after an amphib assault where 3 units land in Normandy or Holland
7.) UK DEI NO is gone

Set up changes that we will use next game . . .
