@FranceNeedsMorePower no, italy can take those loses and retreat. Germany can then finish them of in one blow. I think it is interesting to retreat through the suez. I will make a film about my UK1 once i get back from holiday next week sunday.

@FranceNeedsMorePower you can get 8 units there with the UK and French. Italy can attack also with 8. So it´s a losing move.

Cruiser, fighter from gibraltar and tac bomb from egypt to land on carrier. Fighter from malta can attack and return to malta. The strat bomb can get there as well. You have a good chance to win it. I wouldn´t send the cruiser bc without that the italian sub can not participate but it is still an uphill battle.

As Allies I would building subs and destroyers with US and start convoying germany in the Atlantic and start going into the Med and harass italy.

In pacific as well start to convoy money islands with anzac. So let them buy subs. US there need to provide transports to take a money island.

UK in middle east needs to pump out men. Abandon India and delay their move to Persia as long as possible. DO not stand and die in India. Built mechs in persia or egypt and South Africa.

@SeaYa i don´t know if it would work. That´s why i asked if anyone had done this.
Anzac taking persia is something i´ve done and which is fun. Especially when India has fallen.

@surfer i would do it so to have an Ally that plays between Italy and Germany.
Second it can maybe allow US to focus less on Germany in a KJF strategy. If Anzac buys some subs there every turn to start convoying Italy/ger or just a tpt to battle gibraltar and maybe north africa.

It´s not the first or best strategy but maybe someone has had succes with this type of move?

Has anyone ever send its Anzac transport to Brasil, and built a factory there?

A battleship, two destroyers and 2 seamines makes for 39 ( 19 + 2 times 8 + 2 times 2).
How do you end up having 15 for land units, they only have sometihing of 48 if i´m not mistaken with the 15 of Malta incl.

I did buy all navy UK1 in gibraltar and it got destroyed. UK2 (33 IPC) i bought battleship and 2 destroyers and they got destroyed as well.

@Herr_B i´ve played three games as allies (Rommels last push) and axis won by R7.
Axis bomb and thus destroy the Malta supply ( one piece) and the UK fighter on G1.
I also built a UK fleet in gibraltar but german subs built G2 can wipe those out and buying nothing land for egypt will give you problems.

After UK1 i never achieve in reinforcing malta bc axis figtees and subs can wipe everything you built or send without hamperring their advance towards cairo

You only bombed Rumania? Couldn´t he just built in Germany and outmass you bc buying no bombers makes it difficult for USSR to defend so if R1 you only buy 3 units then germany will have more men.

@dazedwit could you explain the general idea? What do you do with the 3 Russian strat bombers?

@Matt-Hyra for example: UK buys a sea mine, 2 fighters and 2 supplies in the Malta sea zone.
Italy attacks the two fighters with its fighters and sea unit and let´s say both sides kill each other. Then germany on his turn can attack and kill the convoy with its air units, being a fighter and one or two stukas, enough pieces to most Likely score a hit.

@Matt-Hyra thx for the answer. I have tried sending the UK fleet but it got destroyed. So you need to built up.
You send only one convoy but if Ger or Italy attacks with their planes and navy they usualy score one hit so you never get anything through. But i will keep it in mind

Germany can on R1 attack malta with the Stuka. So as collatoral damage it destroys one damage. After that the luftwaffe and Italian navy/airforce can always destroy the two fightees you built with UK in the Malta sea zone. So you get the Malta bonus just once for a very long time it seems.

Is this correct and how can UK deal with that loss?

What if Germany sends a fighter to tobruk and Tac Bomb to southern Italy.
In OOB without Bid, would you do it? The odds are very slightly in your favor so it´s a 60-40 shot to win.

@Pinch1 yes i know that video but it demands huge US resources so by doing that you are abandoning the Pacific and Axis can easily repulse the US landings. Plus they can destroy a portion of your fleet very easily.
