That one is special… you can walk across in multiple places as if the two land masses were pushed together.

You can always enter SZ76 but you can only pass straight through if you own all 6 of the adjacent land territories. (and on the turn Japan declares war)

Ha, yeah it’s just like Egypt/Trans Jordan in OOB. You can walk across but need both sides to move ships through. (Hence the French abandoned “Paris”)
