Hope you don’t mind… I closed the combat window but wanted to kill my bomber instead of the fighter as my last casualty, so I edited it.

Version 2.0.9 Updates:

• Bombers reverted to normal
• France’s neutral income/starting income is now 6 IPCs
• NO of +2 IPCs (max 10) per territory to France if Independent Neutrals attacked by Axis
• NO of +2 IPCs (max 10) per territory to UK if Independent Neutrals attacked by Axis (and Allies haven’t attacked any)
• If Axis attack Neutral League, French get full income and can go to war on 3rd turn afterwards
• France can declare war on turn 12
• Axis attacking UK19 no longer brings France into the war
• French escalation eliminated but still can’t position fleet next to Axis territories unless they also own an adjacent territory while neutral (but aren’t obligated to move if they start that way)
• Fixed a bug where aircraft were defining retreat paths

Note that TriplaA currently has both version 2.0.8 and 2.0.9 available under the following game names with intention to decommission 2.0.8 if 2.0.9 goes well:

Yeah, US can come in on turn 3 for this game.

For what it’s worth, I think that attacking France is the hardest road in this game because they can be kept out of the war indefinitely if you ignore them.

I was a little surprised you didn’t use your transports to beef up your Western forces and roll over “London” on Turn 4. I was expecting to lose it.

Also think you might have been better off going for the French continent and city in the South with Japan instead of “India”. Japan can usually finish that off by Turn 3. Plus it’s sometimes better off to just leave China out of the war while you’re going after one or the other.

I liked your big transport purchase as Germany, I haven’t actually played a game like that before when also attacking France, but it really gives you the option of taking “London” on turn 4.

Anyways, let me know if you want to give it a try as the Allies or if you’ve had enough.

In F3? That’s actually a standard OOB rule that you can’t upgrade ICs on non-original territories to be major ICs.

“Major industrial complexes can be built only in originally
controlled (not captured) territories with an IPC value of
3 or higher. Minor industrial complexes can be built only
in territories with an IPC value of 2 or higher.”

You can just spend the cash on something else if you want and edit it in.

Regarding “India”, are you bringing all battleships and cruisers? And are you attacking the transport?
