Let me clarify. Using the Alpa +2 rules.

In the Global 1940 game, if Japan declares war on UK on Turn 1, can the US declare war on Japan on Turn 1? Or does the US have to wait until Turn 3 to come into the war?

Actually I’m on my phone and can respond. I’ll take one hit on my BB, one hit on my DD and CC. And one hit on one of my FTR’s. I must say, I’ve been getting lousy dicing on my naval battles.
