I guess, and am hoping for something to appear within the end of the month.

December 9, 1941: After over 10 years of fighting, China declares war on Japan
Convinced that only when America starts fighting, the Nationalist government would receive greater financial and materialistic aid, from ‘officially’ being one with the Allies. Chiang Kai Shek played some ‘interesting’ politics, but I’ll digress.

RE: Invasion of Mongoliaposted in Axis & Allies Pacific 1940
I haven’t invaded any Mongolian territory yet, but I can see it being used as a possible flanking tool for both Japan and the USSR.

RE: POLL Malta: Naval Base or Air Base or Both or Noneposted in Axis & Allies Europe 1940
That map looks about right, at least within my own perspective terms.
As for the original topic, I’m hoping both the British will have both a naval and airbase on Malta, and I’m suspecting that they might have at least one fighter there as well.

I honestly prefer it to be an NA, but now that you mention, it wouldn’t that bad of a tech rule either. laughs
But, its not a bad start, I’m still just thinking of additions and other ‘essentials’ in my head.

How about all defending artillery fire preemptively during an amphibious assault from any of the appropriate sea zones?
Something along the lines of coastal guns? I remember there was member of the WOTC forums that had discussed with me in great length about them.
Would the artillery hit the offloading units, or the naval units in the sea zones?
In keeping with established rules patterns, it should only be offloading units just before the land battle. Think of it as the defensive version of the BB/CC bombardment.
Sounds good.
But, I’ve been thinking, since the Atlantic Wall was such a huge undertaking, that the German player should pay some type of fee. After paying that fee, some type of token can be placed on a territory, as proof of the Wall. and the ability of preemptive strike during amphibious assaults.

Isn’t Malta going to be included in this game, with scramble rules in effect? Sweet Jesus.
I can see the Germans building an IC in Southern France, pushing out a token force and aiding the Italians. They just better take out Malta first.

The Battleship/Aircraft Carrier hybrid, Ise. Though, I am a fan of most IJN designs.

Looks like copyright restrictions got to it.

True. I can understand, and I’m not complaining about it.
However, can you pose any theoretical consequences to the aforementioned? I am now curious to how it might have played out.

Definitely!
Still, you two make it look damn good. I hope to do that with the miniatures I’ll be painting over the summer.

However for Germany, whilst it too had its desperation moments, can we pinpoint it to the practicality for game play?
The “Atlantic Wall Defense System”
Your take on it, or would it be more or less the same system as A&A Revised?
