I guess, the 3 Tactical bomber from west. Germany as well as the fighters and the fighter from Holland are attacking SZ 111. If thats correct my scotish fighter will stay at the ground. If not, pkease tell me how many planes and if you are attacking SZ 110 aswell.

I think this depends on how many new player you have.
If there are 3 veterans and only one new player, give him USSR.
If there are more newbies than veterans, then let them choose, but maybe dont go 150%.
To my experience:
DON’T TELL THEM WHAT TO DO! Give them an overview of their possibilities and goals (USSR: survive, UK: harass Italy, Germany and Japan, US: Go by force, and finish them off)
Its easier for new players to play the allies, because of their very clear objectives (Do not loose), whereas the Axis have to figure out a way to win. Much more preparations have to be taken, to get you on the win. Its much easier to loose for the axis, due to stupid mistakes.
I vote for the USSR.
The German plyer can/will bring him to action. He has not to worry too much about naval actions. He has only a few planes and therefore easily can keep track. He will spend his money solely on ground forces and has to fight a lot of battles, so getting used to how this works. He will be in the game for quite a long time.
But what I have to say: LET HIM MAKE MISTAKES, EVEN IF THEY COST YOU THE GAME. I learned most from “stupid” mistakes as well as my mates, playing with/against me. (like loosing the eastern US to a single german transport, back in the original).
Never erver give him ANZAC or China or France or Italy. They are not really involved in the game and he will get bored quite fast, because he has no money to spend, no troops to fight and no real goal to achive.
I don’t see any benefit from attacking Yugoslavia. You probably loose 2 Inf for no benefit. If You don’t capture it, you lost 2 valuable Inf against the Sovjets. If You take Yugoslavia, you loose 2 valuable Inf (it takes 3 turns to recover the losses in IPC and you won’t catch up the logistical defizit) and you loose a more valuable turn to Moskau. Yugoslavia seems to be a bad idea to attack in any case, you want to attack the soviet union in turn 1 or 2. If you plan to attack the sovjet union turn 3 or later, than its an option. Just my 2 cents.
I don’t se the need to attack the Normandy either. Of course, there is a british fighter, but I assume you loose 2 Inf at the beaches of Normandy as well as 2 more casualties at France. Leading to the loss of additional 4 Units (most probably mobile infantrie or artillery, because of 2 Inf. less in France.
I prefere to hit France with as much force as possible, to keep the casualties as low as possible, needing the tanks and mech. Inf for reinforcing the sovjet front. This of course seems to be dangerous for the italian navies, but i feel they are in trouble anyways (therfore needing some revision of the setup, but i would suppose more italian Infantry in africa, because the italinas had more than twice as many groundforces in africa than the brits did. This would keep the italians fighting in africa a little longer).
I feel an attack on the sovjet union on turn one, without a majer offense against the british fleet is going to loose you the game. You are not fast enough driving through the sovjet landscape and the brits will start to attack your beaches at latest at turn 3 with force.
Sorry, placed the minor industrial complex wrong. The territory has to have a value of at least 2. I thought 1 would be enough, therefore please place the minor industrial complex not at Kwansi but at Kiangsu!
