      @SuperbattleshipYamato

      Okay, lets finish the Europe version first, and perhaps in the meantime start with the Oztea 1939 edition. I have been reading the manual, ill get back with some questions/remarks later on.

      @SuperbattleshipYamato

      Yeah, it might be a bug and the rules say otherwise. I just havent found the rules for this edition yet.

      @SuperbattleshipYamato

      Also, are the Danish Straits closed if Denmark is neutral?

      I believe the Danish Straits are closed, seeing when I played in local I couldnt send the German Kriegsmarine (navy) into the atlantic, So it seems to me that the Straits are closed for either side.

    • RE: Question about Oztea’s 1939 map

      @SuperbattleshipYamato

      I assume you are talking about the Oztea 1939 map, I dont know what it would mean for those politics, the only way too find out is by playing in local and see what happens. I have other questions about the whole political phase :) Like f.e. the Dutch etc. Well the only way to find out is by playing and making mistakes and learning from them. I love to see how it goes when you are just goofing around and stuff happens. Like experimenting on one thing and then discovering something totally different.

      Perfect (almost) round for Germany, only sz111 could have been a little bit better.

    • RE: Question about Charles De Gualle's neutral rules

      @SuperbattleshipYamato

      In any of the normal (Europe 2nd Pacific 2nd Global40 2nd edition) games the attack on any true neutral, triggers all other true neutrals to become hostile towards the attacking force, f.e. if Germany attacks Spain, to go towards Gibraltar, All other true neutrals in South America or Africa and Middle east would become pro Allied, they could be taken in non combat movement.

      I never have played a game with a Portuguese fleet, so I dont know which version that is, or what rules apply towards that game.

    • RE: Question about Oztea’s 1939 map

      @SuperbattleshipYamato

      China is already in a state of war with Japan, it doesnt matter what other Axis partners do with their declaration of war (politics) early in the game or later on. It only matters when they want to invade China aswell.

      Regarding the invasion of pro Allied and activation of pro Axis territories, I assume that the same restricitons/rules apply during the state of war with Japan as they would when either Germany or Italy would declare war.

      Lets start a game, havent found any specific rulebook on Oztea myself, so dont know much about the rules yet. Try and found out I guess. Seems the Allies are in a huge advantage.

      @SuperbattleshipYamato

      Well if you decide upfront that you do total world victory, instead of the victory conditions, you are indeed able to turn the tight of war in Europe. But I still believe that you can defend against the Green Skies, perphaps after a few more Europe games, Ill try a Global vs you.

      @cds

      Really? How?

      About my version of Green Skies: The Axis eventually won, but it was quite close. It was a Global 1940 Game and Japan was defeated just as Germany reached Egypt. There was a good possibility of Germany eventually being defeated were it not for victory conditions.

      Do you have the map of that game still?! I would like to have a look at that if you dont mind.
