RE: 2020 Playoff Amon-Sul L+16 vs Captain Napalm X BM
@amon-sul Thank you. Good game. I applaud you trying out some new strategies. They gave me a hard time. I agree it is hard for the UK navy in the Indian Ocean to compete with the larger Japanese navy. But, if you had coupled that with pressure from the US navy, rather than the unit shuck to Soviet Far East, that might have been a powerful combination.

RE: USA income determined actions 50 ipp
@kmtnt Per the developer, “The short answer is that you can think of it as an extension to the “US-involvement” rule at 35IPP. It has nothing to do with threatening US mainland. I won’t go into more detail, but note that all of this has been changed for v4.”

@farmboy also, I was unable to unload the AA off of the US transport in Marshall islands. I had thought that a combat move unload of a unit did not prevent you from unloading another unit during an ncm that had been loaded in a previous turn ncm.
This is moot if you don’t attack and I’m likely using anzac units to discourage you from sending a sub. But if I’m right about that rule and the transport is destroyed, I’d have wanted to move it to the islands.
The transport cannot unload in both the combat and non-combat phase. If I understand the situation, I believe Triple A got it right. We can discuss further, if I am misunderstanding.
I just checked the rules and you are right. And yeah the China moves had no impact, but I thought I should check to be sure. I’m pretty relaxed about those type of edits, but not everyone is.
I do appreciate checking with me. I am somewhere in the middle. Some people are more strict than I, and some people edit like madmen, and that bothers me.
