      No, Spain does not continue to get recruitment rolls after the Civil War is over. The US has to pay $10 to invade a neutral Spain, just like any neutral minors. Spain may be one of the toughest to invade, but should you really expect them to be able to put up much fight against the USA? No, if the US decides to invade a minor power, they should steamroll it.

      It is quite important, as unrepaired airbases and naval facilities would not boost movement during the turn, if they were not repaired until the end of the turn.

      It also seems logistically illogical that you could be building units at a factory, while repairing it. Repairing it, first, then building units, makes more sense.

      You probably know my answer, as I proposed B, before. But, as proposal A is new to me, let me weigh in with a vote for B, officially.

      Two reasons:
      Ease of understanding - No cost change, or capacity change, and the 3 plane max scramble is familiar to all.
      Minimizing the divergence from Global 40 - I think of these attempts as fixes to a great game. While I don’t share Andrew’s fear of shattering the community by having these variants, I do fear the learning(relearning) curve, that is a barrier to entry. We need all the players we can get.

      @generalhandgrenade thank you for the confirmation. It sounds like we were all playing it the correct way.

      As we look forward to V4, and try to iron out the wrinkles even more, I think the confusion of the movement paragraph is that it reads “when subject to mountain rules”, rather than simply “when subject to mountains”, or “when moving in mountainous terrain”, for examples.

      The fact that the movement paragraph says “when subject to mountain rules”, and our only definition of when they are subject to mountain rules is in the above paragraph about combat, leaves it unnecessarily confusing, in my opinion.

      @chris_henry @GeneralHandGrenade Yunnan was a bad example. I should have said Kwangtung. But, it sounds like the warlords are semi-autonomous members of KMT, not minor powers. Thank you for the clarification!

      @Chris_Henry I wonder if you ever got clarification on your question? Can the FEC declare war on the CCP(once the conditions are met), and align all neutral warlords to KMT?

      It seems like it is allowed. A powerful tool to be mindful of, if so!

      @nicbot23 Not allowed. Just as the rule reads, Italy must be the one declaring war. That aggression would justify it. In your example they have shown no aggression to justify a British declaration of war.

      I get it. No hard feelings. I too have enjoyed our games. Our play styles may just be too different for us to relax and enjoy fully. I’m thankful for the 3 games we have gotten! :-)
