      I surely don’t mind about the artillery and the guy to gibraltar  :-).

      I will do France quickly. Do you want to agree that France goes after ANZAC, for following turns, so that you can play your whole Germany, then Italy, without having to wait for France’s insignificant turn?

      I know that the ships don’t block, as of now. Although, if you decided to attack on turn 2, they would do so, as you need to declare war at the beginning of the combat move phase  :-)

      Regarding the ships: I know that they do not block as long as you don’t declare war, but you would have to declare war at the beginning of your combat move phase, so if you want attack on turn 2 they would block you  :-).
