I’m pretty sure it is not permitted to publicly distribute it. However sending it to some of your friends for review, at no financial gain is surely legal, even though explicitly permitted.

Furthermore I am highly doubtful that Wizard doesn’t have a team of FBI hackers checking which files you send to your friends.

Plus, one having this map still compels them to buy all the pieces from Wizard’s so it isn’t unlawful competition.

As I understand the file is surely big, I would like to point out (although you most likely know of their existence) that there are sites that specialise in the sending of big files.
