ugh! i always turn off the sound and play my own music. vid game music usually sucks… there are occasional exceptions but they’re few and far between.

well, i can’t imagine it being a good idea for germany… but it certainly is the easiest way for the allies to open the western front. and it’s remarkable how many axis players i’ve stunned with this move - which makes it worth it just for that reason… :)

do you not think you could start with a less biased question? the one you’ve posted is so biased as to suggest that you have no interest in others’ opinions, rather that you want to vent… in which case why bother with the poll?

it was an american suggestion anyway - i think the real problem the usa is having is that they wouldn’t be a dictator in it but rather an equal…

there’s a reason the majority of the world dislikes and distrusts the usa and decisions like these don’t do anything but enforce those feelings…

yeah, i switched to the classic blue too…

yeah, they’re not worth it until one plays with 2 hit or half BBs - when they take a hit they go down to 2/2 instead of 4/4… if one plays them as per a&a:e/p they suddenly become a lot more impressive - particularly if there are two or more together - all those free hits really start to make them pay for themselves… and one can’t just go after them piecemeal…

i’m thinking HB should be at least 60 IPC. they just swing the game too much…
and rockets should be at least 20 IPC. one indestructible bomber SBRing every turn seems pretty potent to me…

it’s kind of a moot point as the rules don’t allow it… but there could be many uses for it - mainly in robbing airsupport of its infantry “armour”…

i’m thinking the login problem is a platform of browser problem…
i only have the problem at home where i use a mac running netscape 4.x
at work i use windows runninf ie and i don’t have the problem… it even logs in automatically…

and what i really want is an a&a board utility… it’s such a pain setting up the board for a pbem game… and then having to guard it from the cat…
