Will AAE30 be available at standard retail stores (Target, Walmart, ToysRUs, etc.)?

Can you confirm that the Global rules were included with AAE40?

I’m not sure the UK, US or ANZAC should get the Dutch income by just landing troops there.  Or at least it should cause a declaration of war against Japan.

It seems like awarding the IPCs to the “Allied” powers without much effort on their part significantly skews the outcome given the IPCs awarded.  I could live with it if the rule was that they only get the income if they take the Dutch territories back after Japan has first taken the island(s).
