I have the two 1940 games. 
As global demand a lot of time to play, we usually play only Europe or Pacific. 
I know that Mr. Harris put great effort in adjusting the global game, but i think that the people that play only on one theater are lacking support. 
Can we see somewhere the clear rules for playing europe?
What are exactly the income of the russian?  US with NO? etc.

I agree with Jim that The new AA40 is a great deception.
I love Alpha +2, but i would have prefer to buy a game balanced and finished.

Are the starting ipc of each country in alpha2 the same as the base set up!

In Alpha 2, does the ussr still got the 2 infantry bonus when at war with germany.

Does the Us still get the 30 ipc bonus in alpha 2 when at war, in addition to the ipc bonus from No 1 and 5?
