They are planning on Anzac and France as well, though after the stated nations are released.  And if all goes well, I believe FMG is also planning a couple more surprises (Tech. units? Neutrals? etc.).

I think a lot of tech units are already included in the sets offered.  Officers could be elite or marine units, late war fighters for LRA, mech inf for you guessed it mech inf, etc…

I’d rather that FMG concentrate on getting the 6 main countries done before we even start asking for more.

I can’t wait to play AA50 with a printed out map using the Italy FMG will release and the pieces from A&A1942

Why would any of us know?  Just be patient, they can’t design/cast/prepare and then use molds very quickly.

Well of course that is understood.  Why would any Army Airforce plane look normal on a carrier?

A set with a P-38, a P-51, a F4U, and a F6F or SBD would be nice.

Check out the P38s in the Aleutians, they served well there.  USA WW2 top ace kills.  P38 FTW!

Stopping the India attack isn’t impossible to accomplish.  Unless Japan is investing in a couple factories early (rd 2 or 3), they have a long trip to send any troops on to reach India and Persia.  A few infantry a turn with the odd artillery and armour can be spared to push Japan back or at least hold the line.

Combine these forces with retreating British forces and your set.

The problem isn’t on your comp, I believe the lobby server is experiencing difficulty.

Jeez do I get tired of hearing how “badass” these TripleA players are.  I play on there and don’t really think the level of gameplay is any better.

All the LL games get annoying, its too scripted.

I’m going to try the 11 bid with a DD in SZ2 and an INF in Egy, I like the possiblities it opens up.

Just recently a lot of people playing me in the league are using KJF strats.  They move to stack IND from turn 1 and make an effort to keep japan contained.  I’m still not exactly sure how to face it but I think that with Japan being able to outproduce an Indian IC that in the end it is doomed.

If the US gets a fleet threatening fast enough though it gets a lot tougher for Japan.  Russia generally gets beat up on a lot worse with only the UK threatening from the Atlantic.

Thanks for all the advice guys, I feel like the games I’m playing now are going better.  I’ve stuck to goals I’ve set and haven’t let the other players dictate how I play so much.

With US going all out for the Pacific, how should Germany and Italy respond?  I think that even with the US spending all out for boats and planes that Japan can gather up a large amount of IPCs quickly enough to stay ahead in the boat race and pressure Russia through China fairly effectively.

I’m thinking a strong offensive that keeps Russian forces from responding to the Japanese in the backyard the best route for the Axis.

Any other thoughts?  Work Africa aggressively to Gain the UK IPCs?  Focus on Russia?

Anyone else having trouble with the website this morning?  I keep having 10-20 minute stretches where all I get is a 404 error.

I understand that with play my skills and strategies will improve.  I’ve just felt like getting some of the community to talk out some of my gameplay would help me get a grip on what I need to focus on.

I play it either way by the way.  I’ve stacked KAR and I’ve left it open.  I choose to leave it open if the odds are good for Germany to take it even if I stack it.  Loosing all those units is just horrid and can really cause a lot more trouble than Germany taking it for a turn.

Perhaps I’m still playing to cautiously against Germany as Russia?
