4inf in France is fine, as I think that has been in the rules for some time.  However, all Allied controlled french territories will revert back to French including those in north african.  So American looses 2 IPC giving them a total of 87 IPC.  On France’s turn they can collect income and purchase builds next round.

Forgot to add the 9 IPC from UK pacific, so japan ends its turn with 72 IPC

Don’t know about that.  S.Ukraine was close to odds but in sz 33 I made off like a bandit.  Although I had had the worst luck, amoung us, up to that point.
