      Not sure but the guy said 42.2 is default game if players disagree on game. But if they agree, any AA game can be played but i don’t think Global is played until the final on Sunday. ON Friday The War Game: World War Two is often played or another.

      well, I could have certainly lived with a slower pace and stop bothering you about the game speed.
      I understand, however, that it is tough to play position on is behind that feel like an uphill battle. Takes 3 times as much energy compared to winning positions.

      I was a bit worried you could have tried to get lucky at Burma. I miscalculated the odds in the first place. I should have taken Java instead of Oki with the US to make an attack at Burma even less attractive even with good dice.

      In the end, I believe an Allied win was inevitable over time as there was no path for the Axis to overcome the significant income edge the Allies had.
      it was just matter of time until US would have 25+ planes in Europe that would always hop around to either protect VCs or to wreck havoc somewhere.
      And Japan did not have the juice to become a significant enough threat for a Pacific win.

      Thanks for the game though, it was great playing you.

      Oh, I definitely prefer to go after Russia, but if I just ignore that Egyptian factory on UK1 its game over for the Axis. That’s too much of a power move to go unchallenged. Best of luck to you!

      @BobbaRossa Ok. In that case, I’m about 95% sure that the bug you hit has already been fixed in 1.9.0.0.13066 but unfortunately if you started your game with an earlier version of TripleA the bug is part of the save game data so upgrading to the new version doesn’t resolve it (essentially the engine thinks the fighters are still on an allied carrier during an attack so it ignores them for battles).

      To fix your current save game, you just need to edit out any air units which aren’t fighting properly in battles and add new ones in their place. If you edit remove/add all fighters on the map then you can ensure it shouldn’t occur again.

      If you see this same issue in a new game started with 1.9.0.0.13066 then let please report it again and I’ll look further into it.

      great game! this was a hard one, I feel like I barely survived your hyper aggression, first on russia, then Middle East, and then africa. I was just hanging on a thread when I held s.africa, but then I think that’s when the tides turned, slowly but certainly.

      I think you’re definitely a top-tier axis player, but so very aggressive, to the point of neglecting your defenses (normandy, Scandinavia), which in this game hurt you badly.

      Thanks man! Really appreciate that. Hyper aggression usually throws people off and makes them make mistakes, but yeah, leaves definite holes to exploit. I spent a lot of time deliberating whether to defend Scandinavia or go for the middle east/africa. If I could’ve held them it would’ve been the right call, but your defense and counterpunch was just too solid. Felt like everything I tried you were a step ahead of me and kept running into walls. This game actually drained me mentally, I have no clue how you can play so many games simultaneously. I feel like I need a vacation :-P.

      The only way to prevent Japan from loading transports is to move UK ships into the sea zones (as you did), but then ANZAC has to declare war to make the sea zones hostile at the start of Japan’s turn. If you’d like, I’m fine with either retroactively having ANZAC declare war or editing the UK ships somewhere else that you would prefer. It is a bit of an esoteric rule.
