I will still say first round for attack bonus, but like the idea of pairing. It has precedence from the later gamer combined arms.
How bout
Attack at 2 first round and every round there after with matching fighter or tank.

Id be interested if the price is right. Looking for anything else?

I think the troops should only get bonus on first round of battle. Paratroopers are light infantry. I agree with the bonus because of surprise factor, but surprise is lost after contact.
The troops and transports should be able to operate independent of other units. IE no matching ground units for paratroops.
Islands should be targetable.

When i play classic, i use oob prices with $15 gamers paradise cruisers

1 air units can attack anything during a battle( special rues for subs) defender picks what the lose.
2you can only mobilize new units at a ic that was yours at the start of your turn, so no.
3 you must liberate the capitol…paris

Most of the issues are cosmetic. Creased boxes and rulebook dont affect the game. If you want something more involving then 42 but not as complex as global, its a must. I recommend for your friend

I like the idea of the ease of use for pay pal, but they charge you a % on your end. You think about accepting check or money order to lower your costs? I know its small potatoes, but it adds up

I like the idea of multi tiered with restricted access, but a lot of people would look else where for info before paying for access without knowing what they will find once inside.

No offence to HGB, but those roundels are way too expensive.
You can buy global for twice that price and get the sculpts as well.
You only need chinese and union jack roundels to track income.
You could get spare roundels for major powers from 41.
You could probably find a few french italian and or anzac roundels on ebay for a better price.

Each of your airbases may make an attack on enemy facilities, range permitting. The more airbases you have, the more potential attacks you can do

If you were to type out the rules, that might be a copy right infringement, but posting an internet link that people could find anyway is not. If the link destination is infringing, the law would go after the destination domain( not the visitors) to cease and desist.
