RE: Spread Thin or Build Up?posted in Axis & Allies Classic
i think the game is more fun when i use sound strategic judgement
I guess it depends on who you are playing. If the game is too calculated, there is less luck involve. Luck is half the fun.

Spread Thin or Build Up?posted in Axis & Allies Classic
I know it’s probably safer to build up forces and then attack, especially if you have the time. But I think the game is more fun when you use everything, every time, everywhere.
What do you think?

RE: Which is a better purchase?posted in Axis & Allies Classic
By far the Aircraft Carrier is more bang for the buck if you are no in danger of being sunk the first turn after placement. You can put planes on it an get better firepower than a battleship at a greater range. Otherwise 3 subs.
I would never buy a Battleship. They are only good if you are using the 2 hit battleship rule. Even then I would still take a carrier if I could defend it long enough to get planes on board.
