Please note:
The 2-dice rule also concerns Heavy Bomber units, SHB, Army units etc.

In other words: Both dice counts for all these units.

Hi Captain,
Regarding the few units with ‘2 dice’ (Elite Infantry, SHB, army units), do both dice inflict losses on the opponent if they are considered successful, or do we have to choose the best of the two dice (as in the original rules for the Heavy Bomber technology improvement)?
