I just got Battlecry, Squad Leader (which is Awesome!!), A&A 1941, the Rise and Decline of the Third Riech, and several others for my birthday.

BTW would anyone want to do a game of squad leader on the forum?

I just got a whole bunch of old games including Battle Cry, Squad Leader, the Arab-Israeli Wars, the Rise and Decline of the Third Riech, and several others for my birthday and I had a couple questions.
First off: In Battle Cry if I have a unit (let’s say Cavalry) on the right flank and I have a card that allows me to move it, am I allowed to move it to the center?
Second: Is there a place where I can print out the rules for squad leader?

I only have 1942.2 right now.
But my awesome little bro got me 1941 and it’ll here tomorrow. CAN’T WAIT FOR THE TIGERS!!!

Or you could add 1 IPC value to every territory. i.e. New Guinea is now worth 1 and Borneo is worth 2.

Ya, something as simple as buying 1942SE and combining 1941 units with 1942 units is good for both games… 1941 finally gets enough pieces, and 1942 gets some new unique models like Tiger Tanks and FW-190s.  Come to think about it, I actually threw out a bunch of 1941 units (like Japanese Tiger tanks… lolz).

Basically what I’ve done. (Buy 1942 then get 1941)
Can’t wait to get those Tigers for 1942!!!

Sorry man.

Kinda funny… with AA50 coming out, if fans of 1942.2 end up preferring AA50 over 1942.2, does that make 1941 a more relevant game than 1942.2 as 1941 still retains its “easiest to learn and fastest to play” version of A&A, while 1942.2 is longer and more complicated than 1941, but not as fun as AA50?

I would like to get this game but I’m wondering if I should wait for the 2nd edition. Mainly because of the imbalance that’s been reported and the lack of German Infantry. Does anyone think there will there be a 2nd edition?
