      yea after a while it bypasses the liver and just goes straight to the brain. That’s why we call him “2 Beer Bill” now lol

      buddy helped a friend with her parents estate sale. Asked him if he wanted anything. There were a couple cool decanters. One a snow machine, the other a moose with it’s head broken off.

      Turned out to be 12 year Evan Williams from some time in the 60s. Stuff must’ve been close to 60 years old. Cork was disintegrating. Looked like apple juice. He just wanted the bottles but we tried it anyway. Warm and smooth. Made you all giggly.

      After that I’d go visit everyday for breakfast. We’d limit ourselves to one, sipping not slamming, but it still was a great way to start your day.

      No I haven’t SS. minors build 3 so you’d have to round up or down. Majors reduce to minors when captured already. Maybe you could give minors max damage, but that’d just be an extra 6 bucks for the cost of doing business.

      Thought about removing it and letting allies build one, but that’d just be 12 bucks more to spend.

      Right now USA gets 5 bucks a turn and France gets a one time 12 PU boost when they liberate. Maybe double that ?

      Should it be removed when the allies liberate ? The ability to build just seems too powerful of an incentive for the allies to try and liberate France. I know in oob many axis players leave it unconquered for this reason.

      Once Vichy rule has been activated, if Japan occupies it, the Vichy infantry and artillery aren’t removed. Japan also can’t build there the next turn.

      I agree there is basically no reason to have Japan able to Initiate the Vichy rule. If they were to occupy S France after that though, it wouldn’t work correctly the way I understand it.

      “Zone Libre”: Any Axis occupation of Southern France following the Armistice results in the scuttling of the Vichy French Fleet at Toulon and the disbandment of all remaining Vichy French forces. These forces are removed at the end of the Axis player’s turn in which the occupation of Southern France takes place. Any formerly Vichy French forces that were previously commandeered by the Axis are unaffected by this change.

      Right now, Italy can build same turn. So can Germany. Japan not at all. Japan in the Med, late/mid game, seems possible so…

      Anyway, that’s the Japan angle. : )

      yea didn’t think the trigger for Japan was necessary for the initial Southern France occupation. When Vichy has been activated and the axis take control was what I was seeing. Italy was able to build when S France was occupied on same turn. According to Adam that isn’t the intended behavior. Is that correct ?

      Really like the Vichy Rule : ) Been a while since I checked it out.

      Notice that Japan isn’t listed for a “Occupies_Southern_France”. Imagine it’s just an oversight since the Game Notes have “Any Axis occupation of Southern France following the Armistice …”

      Would be a good move for Japan if they happened to be in the Med in strength. Would allow them to build. Sorry if this has already been discussed. I haven’t followed this mod that closely.

      Also the “Pact of Steel 2” xml inside the Pact of Steel games folder explains some as well. The reason Bmbrs got +2, was because playtests showed people weren’t using them to Strat Bomb.

      When you send your bmbrs on a SBR mission you need to send your escorts in the combat move as well. You will receive a prompt asking if you want to escort. It will also ask you if you want to intercept before the Bombing raid. The default map options should allow this.

      As Panther says, he needs a saved game to diagnose what happened.

      Here’s a fix for the factory thing. Need to change this trigger to after:italiansPlace

      Remove the harbour and factory_minor from this one

      So triplea doesn’t enforce the no build same turn. Idk if you can make triplea enforce it or not ? Kinda doubt it but maybe with a trigger ? Anyway, might want to mention it in the Game Notes. Good stuff that Vichy rule : )

      Doesn’t boost artillery:). I get your point though Ozymadiac :). Been playing with a lot house rules for a while so I tend to lose sight of the “actual” game at times : )

      Regarding the tactical bomber: I’ve been wanting to house rule them for a long time, either a 10 IPC cost or an extra/improved capability.

      Give Tacs “Close Air Support”. +1 Attack to Inf and Mechs on a 1:1 basis. Also give them D1 in Air Battle against SBRs and Escorts. I like it anyways :)

      Triplea update. Added BM Vichy Rules and Marines and a couple other things. Separated Russia’s +3 NO for no Allies in original Russian Territory from the “Russian National Objectives” tech.

      Also added a +1 PU boost every time you conquer a Mediterranean Island in “PacificIslandAndPU_Change”.

      Fixed a couple things and some minor changes.

      Will add the rest of the BM rules next.

      Yea you can’t trigger Territory connections, so it would have to be a separate xml/mod. i don’t know how to do the graphics but I’ll try and get a xml for you to try before too long
