Just want to make sure I’ve been doing this correctly. I SBR an AB and attack a SZ. The SBR is decided first, so if it’s disabled, no units can scramble to the SZ battle ?

So if playing on triplea, you would need to use the “Roll Dice” function and ask the player if they want to intercept. If yes, you’d roll the air battle and then any surviving bombers you’d roll the AA battle, then the bombing damage if necessary.

If the AB is disabled, you then player enforce not scrambling and adjust the damage/ unit losses accordingly after combat.

Is that how people are doing it ?

The 2nd post(Deltium) has written rules. You could make a couple junk gmails and set a game up against yourself to get the hang of it if you can’t find an opponent.

@sjelso Ozteas 41 is the best mod for G40 imo.

@Panther yea I figured that was the reasoning. Took me a while to find it was all. I know where it is now.

I’d probably go by the amount of use a category gets on whether or not it got it’s own zone.

Anyway, still think the new site is better. The “ignoring thing works great” : )

Sea Lion was the code name for the German invasion of England in WWII.

If playing the Global game, while it might be initially successful, usually ends up in failure when played against experienced players.

A mid or later round invasion may be more effective if the opportunity presents itself.

Customizations seem more figure related and house rules, rules related.

Upated to triplea. Added the rest of the bm rules and some map otions.

It’s under Experimental in Map Downloads “Global 40 House Rules”.

Currently have 47 “rules/options”. Gonna try and add DeGaulles neutrals next.

@djensen it said ignoring. i switched it to watching and then back to ignoring. I had to login again when i first fired it up. I’ll wait and see if any more game messages show up.
