Upated to triplea. Added the rest of the bm rules and some map otions.

@djensen it said ignoring. i switched it to watching and then back to ignoring. I had to login again when i first fired it up. I’ll wait and see if any more game messages show up.

@djensen idk was on a new machine, windows, not real familiar with it. The old linux one worked though so probably on my end.

not too many on this one but had like 45 earlier. Pretty nice feature. Obviously makes it more effecient. : )

I see all the forum game messages are showing up again. I looked in settings but couldn’t find where to turn off.

@hapwin ask @Panther if you’re having trouble with triplea. Hope you guys get a game going : )

yea very few instances of allies and russia fighting together. Heard of some air units, but that’s all I can really remember. Cwo marc probably would know more.

Anyway, using the Global game, I like Black Elk’s " Sphere of Influence" house rule. Gives a minus 10 bucks if Russia has any allied units in russian controlled TTys and vice versa. Same for Germany/Italy and Japan.

Have to use it with some Russian boost rules too, but it gives a more historical game play pattern without eliminating the possibility of “what if”

@Panther Thanks for the reply Panther. I’m trying to figure out how to end a chat. Unless i leave it just keeps adding to the same msg.

Or does the recipient receive the messages independent of each other ? Not a big wall of text ? Think one could miss updates to the message if it just keeps showing up.

Hmm… thinking I might get it now. If I msg/chat someone, hit the paper airplane, then chat at them again, It will just always show that chat/msg with everything that was ever chatted about.

Kinda like commenting on triplea forum ? The one people play live at ?

Probably the wrong place but…How does chat work precisely ? I hit space for a paragraph break and the msg has already paper airplaned out. : )

How do I end a chat and start another so it’s not a huge run on msg ?
