since the left side of our spectrum glorifies hedonism and lavishing upon yourself, many of that mind leave their parents at old people homes.(retirement homes) people that respect hard work, loyalty, moral and self discipline will care for their parents in old age. usually these families are large so its easier for all the siblings to contribute.
and all american’s throw away shit all the time. many recycle but in the sticks there are no recycling pick ups or facilities. they just burn garbage. its actually quite fun. spare food is donated alot through religious sponors and charities. those who arent religious must find a way to donate food, which usually doesnt exist. they’d rather just the government mandate and force people to do it.
americans are very smart. if they took lessons from vietnams “air america”, right now we are the boss of bosses for opium selling. it probably is financing all of our operations in afghanistan, or it better be b/c it’d be easy to do. just cook the books. and find ways to throw money down a bottomless pit so it cant be traced. we have to be selling that stuff. we’d be making 100’s of billions a year. we are.
