Have any of you watched Land That Time Forgot? It’s one of the best cheezy movies to come from the 70’s.

A German U-Boat sinks a British merchant ship in WW1 and takes on some survivers. The U-Boats then travels under the the northern ice sheets and ends up in a land full of dinosaurs and wild cave people.
oh wow! i’ve seen it. can’t believe somebody else has too. its crazy how they go past the stage by stage development of humans.
I won’t go into depth on how idiotic this movie is other than to say this. When “Joe Virtue Good guy” is arguing with “Joe Bad Guy” about whether they should leave some people behind for the greater good he says something like “what will you tell your grandchildren?” How about what Holocaust survivors told their children… I SURVIVED!
Ya, idiotic ideological nonsense is really what you need when the world is coming to an end. When of course everyone follows “good guys” advice it made me hope beyond hope that the movie would end with the human race being wiped out, because that is a better ending than the earth being populated by morons.

It was quite hilarious when Russia and China were the first to agree to let more people board.
I also heard that the took out a scene where Mecca was destoryed, in order apease the Islamists, who by the way we are at war with!

I also found it hilarious how after only the G8 countries +China where informed of the world ending, eveyone thinks its ok to crash in Africa(which they effectvly were planning on leaving for dead), which ironicly was not flooded at all.
In anycase I would hope if the world ever did come to an end most people would spend their last moments doing something other than groveling to their imaginary friends. These types of movies are simply a racket.

if i were you i’d actually be mad GG. the BCS screwed both the non BCS league teams again. Instead of letting them beat BCS league teams, the BCS criminals just had both those teams play each other.

this movie looked good to me, now it reminds me of the kids animated movie Ferngully.
the plot is ripped off of dances with wolves, but the people/creatures are blue like smurfs. guy in army, guy sent to far off area, guy first nervous of creatures, then guy becomes friends with creatures, then guy fights with creatures against the army that he left.
have you seen starship troopers 2 and 3? thats some quality movie watching right there…. :-D

i dont watch the history channel too much anymore. it was taken over by ******around 2000. i hate PC sanitized history and ********* specials. anyone notice their commercials have the MOST ******* celebrities they can find. whoopi, damon, clooney, martin sheen, gerafalo, etc etc etc
these people ruined the history channel of any good programming. these ******* labeled it the “hitler network” b/c i guess they showed the german army in a neutral light and praised the german armies ability too much for some.

i watched the terrible movie.
i saw the world destroyed by horrible acting and an awful plot line.
those girls are without a doubt paid to go to those places to entertain the guys. :-P
put the real quirks i have with star wars is the last 3 of them, and the remakes of the first 3.
an unholy shame i tells yah.
We also know what happens when America enters wars without being attacked first…they wimp out and go home. Honestly losing the air war would have been devestating to the allies.

The only thing that I took issue with regarding Episodes I, II, and III is that they were crappy movies not in keeping with the feel of IV, V, and VI.
