You never control a sea zone.
Sea zones are either friendly (contain no enemy surface warship) or hostile (contain enemy surface warship(s)).
The result of a sea battle is that you have cleared it of enemy units (or not).

Assumed you would lose the AA Gun in Holland. If you don’t want to do that or if you don’t allow the edit to change the retreat direction I will need to review the NCM & place, I think it won’t affect USSR though. I will keep the same number of troops in Novgorod.

@DoManMacgee they are different than the German infantry, but they are not a big enough factor that they should have been included. It complecates the game for no purpose.
