We’re sure to get the low down with Gary Coleman on the case, plus any member of the Chuck Norris family has just got to be kick ass. Sweet combo.

Wait a minute Imperious, if there are KGB agents out and about. There just has to be some Ninjas in the mix. You can’t have secrets at this level without having Ninjas involved. It just wouldn’t be right. 8-)

Imperious, it is the map that Satchel has on his board. He has the leader of each super power embossed on the map with the country’s capital. I am sure that Satchel can send you a link or send you a file with his map attached to it.

That is an amazing setup, I’m envious. The sheer work alone, 100 hrs of your time is a very impressive feat. You should market these to the hardcore A&A players, you’d probably make some good coin. I love the map that you put on there, along with the leaders of each nation, it makes the board look very imposing and adds a deeper historical aspect to the game.

Thanks Craig. I will certainly be keeping an eye on GenCon to see updates for the release notes and pics. I’m sure the board alone will be stunning to see. Only four months to go before GCI and the unveiling. Sweet.

Well the post from Mr. Harris cleared up some questions, but we’re all still chomping at the bit for more information. Hopefully, the Harris game site and Wizards will be releasing some more info, like pics of the board and the new pieces. That would be sweet to actually see some pics and will surely tide most of us over, at least for a short time.

Summer car-1971 Ford Mustang, fast back, black with silver accents. Original 302, 4 barrel carb. Oh so much fun, except for the cost of gas.
Winter car-1999 Ford Escort SE. Small, efficient on gas and maintenance.
Both are paid for, such a good feeling.

I hope my last comment before going out will be; “It’s not my fault. They told me they fixed it”.

Panzerblitz and Wolfpacks are such a thing of beauty. Nothing compares to rolling over an Allied defense and then mass convoy destruction.

RE: How American are you?posted in General Discussion
Well, I’ve scored one of the lowest so far.
You are 48% American:
America: You don’t love it or want to leave it.
But you wouldn’t mind giving it an extreme make over.
On the 4th of July, you’ll fly a freak flag instead…I don’t own any freak flags, but according to the questionnaire, I should invest in one. Go figure.

RE: Frontlines: Fuel of Warposted in Other Games
I played through the first couple of levels for the Xbox 360. It’s not a bad FPS and the story line for the game is pretty good. However, it plays just like the Ghost Recon series on 360 and it really has not outstanding qualities that I saw. I personally would go with Rainbos Six Vegas 2, so far it’s much better.

Those crazy people from Mass and their zany gun laws. What will they think of next.
If I’m ever in the area, I’ll look you up. Thanks for the invite.

That’s a pretty sweet site. I’ll have to check it out if I’m ever in the area. That would be a whole lot of fun for an afternoon.
Oh, I’m not from Mass, I’m from Maine. A lot better for anyone who wants to go out to a gravel pit and go plinking (might be a ME term, not sure). At least not everyone in the area looks at you funny if you say you’re going to go shooting for the afternoon. :-D
I would love to pick up an M1 as I love the sound it makes after ejecting the last shell from the clip. Lots of fun for all.

I would love to shoot an MG42, MP44 or an MP40, really any guns from that era. Do you know of any gun shows/gun meets where you can try out one of these beauties? I have heard of meets where you can buy a certain number of rounds and fire them off. That would be an amazing time. Also, was it easy to come across the M1 Garand? Or did you have a difficult time acquiring it?
It’s amazing to think that the MP44, designed over 60 years ago has had such an influence on modern day assault rifles. Truly a masterful work that has stood the test of time.

RE: Impossible for Allies to Winposted in Axis & Allies Europe
No need to apologize. I do see where you are coming from, where Germany has such a massive military buildup at the start. However, I have played as Germany several times and as the Allies just as many. I have won more with Germnay, but I was able to win with the Allies, albeit very close to losing. It can definitely be a one sided game for Germany and I could see where having some house rules could come in handy to help balance it out a bit. I know that there are various other posts throughout the forum which incorporate different rules in the game, similar to the National Advantages, where you could give the Allies a bit of a boost.
