      I am adjusting the carry over for the Fighter Strafe as the hit percentage target is between 15.5% to 15.7%. This takes into account the loss of the weighted value due to firing at 1 unit only. Right now a 0.34 carry over would be 16.7% which is too high.

      I do reinforcements as they come off the card. For movement I do groups, infantry, artillery, tanks so movement order can’t effect the order of casualties. I could do random if you want.
