US and Japanese total TUV is now significantly lower. Speaking of a unique game. The empty pacific theater is another new thing for me.
I am eager to see Ur triple allied move.
Take ur time.
cheers

I ll try to brainstorm my future allied moves, so I can play faster, but of course, I ll need to see what U play with allies too.
I have lost my tourney game against C Napalm, so I am now fully dedicated to this beauty ;)
my future axis moves ,
sorry xd
@pejon_88 said in L21 Amon-Sul (Axis) vs Pejon_88 (Allies + 16):
@Amon-Sul No need to play a lot faster. Happens that I can’t play for a couple of days also, so let’s keep it as is without too much pressure on the other guy in terms of getting the move done.
no pressure for U,
but i ll try to play ASAP
and sometimes it means a move per day, sometimes a move in 3 days
hard to tell
@pejon_88 said in L21 Amon-Sul (Axis) vs Pejon_88 (Allies + 16):
@amon-sul Convoy was never rolled with MARTI, but the outcome was average so that’s fine for the sake of game pace :)
Yeah, If U accept it,
I am totally fine with it.
@pejon_88 said in L21 Amon-Sul (Axis) vs Pejon_88 (Allies + 16):
@amon-sul If the initial outcome with US had been more favorable it would have looked good already there. Since it didn’t I had to pull a bit of a hail Mary with UK (or ANZAC had it come to that) or simply loose my BB and CR for free in SZ37, if I had put the rest of my fleet somewhere else. Now I gambled form UK and on…
Yeah, those bombers were destroyed,
but they went with a style.
but its better u prepare ur meeting in peace
and me my move in peace
i ll try to do the turn later tonight
U re right
cheers
the program put german air on german AC, but they were on italian
i have to do that edit and u may go then
Interesting situation we have.
I am curious about Russian move.
Not so much because of Japan, but the European front.
cheers

@pejon_88 Stalin is fighting bravely, but has a tough time.
I love the Italian Russian encounters.
@pejon_88 said in L21 Amon-Sul (Axis) vs Pejon_88 (Allies + 16):
@amon-sul Yup, good income!
Not as nice as USA one, but I wont complain.
@pejon_88 said in L21 Amon-Sul (Axis) vs Pejon_88 (Allies + 16):
@amon-sul Yeah :)
Will try and play today.
I am excited as almost as Trulpen. But maybe even more , since I have only one game , and he a dozen at a time xd
after a series of bad dice, I am hot again ,
I am hot and I am cold, and I am hot again to quote Katty Perry xd
and the Italian guys too
Wow, what a round for the axis defence. Kudos for them.
Sorry for U being nervous about the dice. I ve played the game a long time. I understand.
I hope U didnt play in rush the move, I like when people play fast, but as I said take Ur time.
Triple allied move is hard for the allies, and the other too easier to play.
@pejon_88 said in L21 Amon-Sul (Axis) vs Pejon_88 (Allies + 16):
@amon-sul I know that some people plan their move a great deal. I am trying to balance planning and playing, tends to prefer the latter part a bit more :)
I don’t open a session (with exceptions) without at least planning on playing at the same time. Sometimes when a round takes a couple of hours to plan it may happen I can’t finish/play during the same session, then I have to re-open and inadvertently do some planning in my head meanwhile. I have about 4 games ongoing at the same time and have noticed that is quite reasonable for me. Some games are rounds 1-5 and some late games, so a nice mix there. Right now I don’t have a lot at work, hence why I can write this post during work hours (working from home :D )
well, for me 1 game is the best with fast pace.
Sometimes 2 , 1 with axis, 1 with allies is cool too
for more then 2, i need to have more private space (time) , and I dont have it.
I like to plan my move to think about it before my opponent does his. and then when he does it, i just update my plans after his move is done.
But i must admit i play much faster with allies, because they are my favourite side, and anzac and russian move usually go fast
not to mention that with axis u need to spend much more time in the first few rounds, especially me , since i dont have much exp with axis, and am an unorthodox player.
@pejon_88 said in L21 Amon-Sul (Axis) vs Pejon_88 (Allies + 16):
@amon-sul ok, interesting. My initial thought was that planning before the opponent plays would mean that more time is invested in each round, but I get that that time invested is returned during your own turns then.
Just out of curiosity, how predictable am I compared to other players our there?
Hard to tell.
I think more or less all the players are predictable (but that doesnt mean they are not good players), I think that the top players (E and M against which I play only lately) tend to avoid risky battles, and try to pressure in a way that will avoid risky situations.
But that doesnt mean U re not good. Somebody can play more unpredictible, but bad.
I sometimes look what would I do in my opponent shoes. That helps (a lot) to.

With allies, its easier. I dont have to plan much in advance, but with axis, i feel i need to.
With allies i just play sometimes.
And with axis i play rarely, and this game is unique too, so, maybe that counts too.
With allies i loose time to combine the nations. Thats tricky with allies.
With Axis its more individual play, but I would say i need time for buyings, its a lot of options. Especially Germany and Japan.
