This is typically in the first 4 rounds of the game when China is retreating/generally getting crushed.

Would hit with 2 then, but again it depends on what else Japan has to hit. Their resources are not always unlimited (e.g., Russians, British, Americans in play)

It depends much likely on how you play Japan.
Fir a J1DoW I personally would not recommend it, since you are boosting the US in no time.

The equation has to account for total attack factors in distance (range) of VC and production centers spawning what quantity of units

Yes. Just assign the “Does Nothing (AI)” to the players/nations that you want to skip.

Note:  The CSS styling is a bit messed up; is this running some kind of lightweight web server?  (I ran into this same problem when I was hacking away trying to get it to work offline)

Weird. I have axisandallies.org whitelisted in my Spam Assassin.

So my website is on a medium sized blacklist due to an inactive phpbb installation that got hacked (since fixed, but the blacklists don’t forgive easily).  I wonder if there would be websites that wouldn’t send me email due to this?
