      Of course I’m not sure that my Japan play has won me any games. Normally Germany does it for me.

      I like putting a harbor and airfield early on in FIC. Harbors are pretty critical and I don’t think stacking in KWA on Malaya works as well. Sometimes stacking in PHI makes sense but you need access to land units for invading islands and threatening India is a good bonus.
