Those are some interesting Turn 1 buys Nub.
I usually don’t do anything out of the ordinary on turn 1 buys … craziest thing would probably be a 2 IC build as Japan.

But if you can block a blitz for one turn as Russia you may be able to have say 5 more Inf in Russia next turn for the invasion … so the 1 Inf you gave up to block the blitz allowed you to have 5 more

Well as UK he should notice that Germany is building Trn and he will probably build Inf and or more land units to defend against it but if you want to sneak up I would say using Sz 13 acting like you are reinforcing Algeria may work. You can reach UK and it looks like you are trying to just reinforce against USA or something like that. But otherwise sneaking up on him will depend on the player IMO.

If you manage to surround the island with the IC with a sizable fleet it will be almost useless since you can only build 3 or 4 units per turn meaning it would take u a while to even put it to use

Only if there is a massive epic battle at the end wiping out the Cylons but then maybe a twist that like Earth has AI robots working for them who in the end show that they may not be on their side after all setting up for another miniseries and then another series in 20 years
