I going to say no. The war is longer because of the added material resources.
Germany would need to increase its productivity in weapons to match the Soviet Union.
The US would need to up its 90 Division gamble to win a war with a Germany and Japan with oil.

A second drive on Moscow would face the bulk of the Soviet forces.
The drive south to be successful needed to bag large pockets of Soviet troops. Soviet forces had the ability to withdrawal faster than the Germans could advance.
@thrasher1 I saved my Christmas money in 1995 and bought Axis and Allies.
I recently read that the giant French WW1 era railway gun, Obusier de 520 modèle 1916, was used at Leningrad for several months before a misfire damaged the gun by the Germans.
I could not find any information of the history of the gun while at Leningrad. How many rounds was fired? Was it targeting the Red Navy? Only that it was captured by Soviet forces.
Does anyone know more on this gun?

@Caesar-Seriona We play a homemade version of A&A that has Canada as it’s own nation, allied with Great Britain. The British Far East and ANZAC are Independent. The Communist in China are also represented. It’s a fun game.
The game also rolls for French territory and Navy units after the fall of Paris. With a D-20 dice, 1-4 goes to Allies, 16 -20 goes Germans, 4-10 is scuttled, 10-16 goes to Vichy France.

I’ve consider it before but have not applied the move in a game. I played a 1936 Global War game where I stacked Paris with eight to ten AA guns to discourage German planes from tipping the scale of the battle.

@CWO-Marc The publicity of the Channel Dash and the embarrassment of the R.N caused the English Channel to become off limits to German Commerce Raiders.The raider Togo was mauled attempting to run the Channel.

I finished Hitler’s Secret Pirate Fleet by James Duffy. Also I read a 1955 classic, The Secret Raiders by David Woodward. These two books finished my quest for knowledge of German Commerce Raiders.
